MACARONS

ABOUT

A Brief History

We just love Macarons!

Macarons are a HUGE thing in the confectionery world. They are known for their outer crispy texture & scrumptious filling.  Colorful, pillowy & delicate, macarons are one of the most treasured desserts in France. These meringue-based sweets may now be a near art form.  Today’s macarons are the result of a long evolution of the macarons of the past.  Just the sight of these brightly coloured, impossibly light treats is enough to make your mouth water.  The varieties are endless and delicious. Traditional flavours like salted caramel, blueberry, pistachio, vanilla, chocolate and raspberry are always popular.

Could there be a better chewy and crunchy cookie in the world? For any dessert enthusiast, there isn’t one.  Just like the history of macarons, they are rich in flavour too.

OUR LITTLE SWEETS

It's what's on the inside that counts

Our macarons are bold in flavor, naturally gluten free, & are less than 100 calories each.  Handmade French Macarons that are equally beautiful & delicious, as well as fun.  We offer 15 core flavors that are available year-round, including classics such as Raspberry, Pistachio, Vanilla, Salted Caramel & Chocolate as well as more creative flavors, such as S’mores, Blueberry Cheesecake, Champagne & Lavender.

So how are our macarons different? First, they’re gorgeous. All macarons are cute, but we like to go a step further & hand-decorate each one.  Notably beautiful, with unusual colors & highly creative flavors, our macarons are Instagram-ready & make perfect gifts. Second, they actually taste like something. Some macarons have disappearing, subtle flavors that aren’t easily distinguishable. Not ours. We start with a perfect ratio of almond flour, egg whites & sugar, and then add ample flavor to both the shells & the filling. This gives our macarons a bold taste that doesn’t leave you wondering which one you just ate. And, we use real, organic ingredients (hello, actual pistachios!) as much as we can. Lastly, size matters. Our macarons are larger than average, and we like it that way.
